TAI-CHI
Ancient Taoist exercises that were developed by observing the movements of nature that strengthen the
energy flow throughout the entire body which leads to stress reduction, elimination of fatigue, improvement of

Chi-Kung - Using the
breath with Guided visualization and simple movements to

of balanced wellness.

DESIGN I-CHING
This is a course that will be
offered for people in the human design field who wish to
deepen their understanding of the essence of the I-Ching.
The I-Ching is basically a pictographic language in which
information is conveyed through images rather than words,
once the intrinsic meaning of a hexagram is grasped it can
be applied in any number of areas. The I-Ching in Human
Design relates specifically to the DNA code and there are
many different levels of interpretation as to what that
implies, even in the design community. The point of this
type of training that I am offering is to bring out the
essential components of the hexagrams so that they are then
easy to work with and understand.
